Is it peace, or are you hiding?

I'll be showing my work in a local art show on August 14th, and it's the first time in a few years that I've shown. I've been quiet creatively, and more focused on other things, tending to my spiritual and physical health, and unblocking a lot of stagnant energy I'd been feeling. I even cut off my locs, which is always so freeing. I guess you could say I've been "protecting my peace". Seems fitting that it's during Leo season that I decide to do The Artists Market on August 14th. Leo, with its shoulders back and chest out, boldly and confidently says "see me". Leo is always self-assured, and its energy is about authentic expression and taking up space. It's no surprise that it's speaking directly to its astrological opposite, the low profile, often detached Aquarius, a.k.a. ME (giggling as I type this because whew!).

Moral of the story is... Do you. Be you. Do not shrink. Take up all the space you want, and don't you dare apologize for being exactly who you are authentically.
